Over the course of my career, I have helped build and support sales teams totaling more than 10,000 agents while contributing to tens of millions in production. My focus has always been on creating systems that duplicate, scale, and perform long after motivation fades.
I am also the author of the top selling book Running with Finishers, a blueprint for sustained success built on discipline, leadership, and execution. As a keynote speaker, I share practical frameworks that help leaders build businesses designed for long term impact.
