Andy is the builder. With over a decade of experience working inside enterprise-level CRM systems, digital infrastructure, and automation projects at Aramco — one of the world's largest and most operationally complex organizations — he's seen at scale exactly how systems fail, how they succeed, and what it takes to build something that holds.

He brought that experience into NCStack because he kept seeing service businesses trying to run modern operations on outdated processes. His job is to take what the diagnostic reveals and build the system that fixes it — properly, not with duct tape.
